Plumbing Repair
Drips, running toilets, low pressure, disposals, hose bibs, and everything between, fixed clean and priced in writing.
Serving Rockwall, Heath, Rowlett, Garland, and east DFW.
Straight answers on plumbing repair.
Most plumbing repairs are small, and we treat them that way. A running toilet, a dripping faucet, a disposal that hums but won't spin, a hose bib that dripped all summer, an angle stop that seized when you tried to turn it off, all of it is normal work for us, and none of it needs a sales pitch.
What small jobs deserve is the same standard as big ones: the failing part shown to you, the price written down before work starts, quality parts instead of the cheapest shelf item, and a quick test that proves the fix. We stock the common repair parts on the truck, so most of these jobs finish in a single visit without a second appointment.
Signs you need this
- A faucet drips, or a handle is hard to turn
- A toilet runs, double-flushes, or rocks
- Water pressure dropped at one fixture or all of them
- The disposal hums, jams, or leaks
- Water hammer bangs when a valve closes
- An angle stop or supply line shows corrosion

We'll inspect your plumbing repair, lay out both options in writing, and you pick. No pressure, either way.
Winterization
Freeze season is when pipes burst. Winterization is how you skip it.
When water freezes inside a pipe, it expands, and the pressure between two ice plugs splits the pipe, often inside a wall, under a sink, or in the attic, where a burst runs until someone finds the shutoff. A single burst pipe can do thousands of dollars in water damage in an afternoon. The fix is cheap and routine: insulate the exposed lines, protect the hose bibs, and disconnect every garden hose so the faucet can fully drain.
That is exactly why winterization is included in the CLEAR Care Plan. Members get it before the first freeze every year, right alongside the annual whole-home inspection and water heater flush, at no extra cost. Non-members can book it as a one-time visit.
What your winterization visit covers
- Insulating exposed pipes in the attic, garage, and along exterior walls
- Protecting every outdoor hose bib with insulated covers
- Disconnecting hoses and confirming each faucet drains properly
- Checking vulnerable runs in older homes and new builds alike
- Walking you through your main shutoff, so a surprise never turns into a mess

Questions about plumbing repair
Do you take small jobs?+
Yes, and we like them. A 45-minute repair done right prevents the ceiling stain six months from now, and small jobs are how most of our neighbors meet us.
Do you work on my brand of fixture?+
We service all the major brands and carry common cartridges and stems on the truck. When a brand has a known weak point, we tell you what to expect from it.
Why did my water pressure drop?+
Usually one of four things: a clogged aerator, a failing pressure-reducing valve, a partially closed shutoff, or a leak. We test in that order and show you which one it is.
Can you fix it on the first visit?+
Most of the time. Our trucks carry the parts that fail most often, so a running toilet, dripping faucet, or jammed disposal is usually fixed the same visit.
Is a small drip worth a service call?+
A faucet dripping once per second wastes over 3,000 gallons a year, and drips at an angle stop or supply line can soak a cabinet floor. Yes, it's worth it.
Common plumbing questions
How long should a water heater last?
Most tank heaters serve 8 to 12 years in North Texas. Annual flushes stretch that; sediment and hard water cut it short. If yours is past 10, we'll tell you whether repair still makes sense.
Why is my water pressure low?
Usually a failing pressure regulator, a partially closed valve, or mineral buildup in older lines. We find the cause on the first visit and give you the price before touching anything.
Where is my main water shutoff?
Typically on the line entering your home near the water heater or along a front exterior wall. Every adult in the house should know it. We'll point it out on any service visit, free.
Is a running toilet really costing me money?
Yes. A flapper that doesn't seal can quietly waste hundreds of gallons a day. It's a quick, inexpensive repair that usually pays for itself in the first month's water bill.
What actually counts as a plumbing emergency?
Water you can't shut off, sewage backing up into the home, or a suspected gas leak. Those, call immediately. Everything else can usually wait for a scheduled visit with an upfront price.
Does hard water damage plumbing?
Over years, yes. Scale narrows pipes, wears out valves, and shortens heater life. A whole-home approach or regular flushes manages it; we'll show you what your levels look like.
