No. CLEAR Care is a maintenance and savings plan. It doesn't pay for repairs or replacements. It lowers what you pay for them, waives fees, and includes yearly visits.
When do my savings start?+
Right away. Join before we start the work and your 10% member pricing applies to that job.
Is there a contract?+
Monthly members commit to 12 months, billed monthly. Annual members pay $290 once and save $58 compared to monthly billing. Memberships renew automatically, and we'll remind you 30 days before your renewal date.
Can I cancel?+
Yes, anytime, by calling (469) 564-5212 or emailing hello@clear.plumbing. If you cancel during your first 12 months, you repay the member discounts you received, minus the dues you've paid.
What do the yearly visits include?+
A yearly Comprehensive plumbing inspection of fixtures, shutoffs, supply lines, and drains with a same-day photo report, a yearly water heater flush, and a fall winterization visit.
What is the ALL CLEAR drain treatment?+
At your visit we treat every drain in your home, not just the one that's slow, and we leave the rest of the bottle with you.
Does it cover more than one home?+
One membership covers one home address.
